Leon`s Donuts in Panama City

I'm all for supporting local restaurants. I want to like them, but their doughnuts just aren't that great. If you're looking for a cream filled or jelly filled doughnut, you're going to be looking pretty hard. They barely put anything in them. Also, the doughnut holes were saturated with grease on the inside, to the point you could squeeze them and have grease drip out. $12 for four glazed cream/jelly filled doughnuts and a dozen doughnut holes. Most of which is going to waste. Maybe we got a bad batch, but overall it was extremely disappointing.

Don't listen to the bad reviews. Yall are awesome I had to move since the hurricane and I miss these donuts! Best I ever had. The ones with the bad reviews are just being babies some people have bad days and they can't accept that. I recommend giving them a second chance, all you 3 stars and belows.

We drove past this place and made a probably illegal u-turn before crossing the bridge to come back to it. Worth it! Do NOT pass up Leon’s!!! Every doughnut we had was outstanding. Lots of apples in the apple fritters, moist cake doughnuts, and the twist doughnuts are long, crunchy, and airy.

Great roadside donut stand in a blighted area

Awesome donuts, and the hours of service are great! Whenever the coffee shop near by is closed I be sure to stop by for a hot cup of coffee and a donut!

This unassuming roadside bakeru has a large variety of fantastic donuts. Highly recommend!

The creme filled doughnuts have VERY little creme or custard in them.

Fantastic, fresh, local owned Donut shop. Ordering is quick. Competitive variety and well priced. Mixed dozen = >$10

They have a donut covered with bacon. That is so amazing. They're donuts are fresh. And they are very friendly. On Christmas day they were opened we stop in to check them out and where very happy we did.

This smaller donut shop located directly off the main highway may not catch your eye or even look like much. But, fresh delicious amazing donuts is what you will find and I recommend getting a variety bc they are all going to be your favorite.

Last time I was there they were way over priced with terrible service. I gave them a second chance today and only reaffirmed leaving them alone. Super greasy and weren't good.

Best donuts I've found in Panama City; I'm a huge fan of cake donuts, and I was very pleasantly surprised that these were so moist and fresh! I really enjoyed the lemon/sour cream glazed as well as the chocolate coconut. Maple glazed was my favorite!

We drive from Mexico Beach just to pick up a dozen of these delightful donuts.

Some of the best doughnuts I have tasted. Fresh every morning. Reasonably priced. I will come here frequently during my time here.

Donuts are average at best. Eclair was very dry and had a bad aftertaste. My bet is that they NEVER throw out yesterday's product. Dan-D-Donuts are far better.

This is my absolute favorite place to get doughnuts. Its well worth the 20 minuate drive and crazy traffic to get one of their huge glazed twist. But they close at 2p so get there early. I always call 1st to make sure they still have my twist because its the worst to drive that far and they're out😥

This was my first visit to Leon's but I'll stop again. They have a great variety and the cinnamon cake was delicious! The coffee was average.

Best fresh donuts I've had in years. The sugar donut was light and airy, with a great taste -- nothing like the heavy, cakey donuts you find at most franchise locations nowadays. Made fresh that morning, we really enjoyed them. If you are in the area, hit up this locally owned treasure and purchase a dozen -- you'll thank me later.

Best donut place in PC! The cake donuts are to die for -- red velvet and blueberry are the best! They have a nice variety so there's something for everyone. Pricing is good for the quality and quantity.

After the rave reviews I apparently had much higher expectations and was disappointed. We have an amazing local donut place in north Atlanta that we love and I of course compared it to that. Service was less than average. The whole set up is crazy. You have to select your donuts through a glass wall that has no holes in it so they can communicate with you. The bear claw was amazing! I went and called 3 days I was in town looking for a red velvet donut and they were sold out all three times before 8am. Cook more if they are a big hit! We purchased 3 dozen for a large group and half of the donuts were dry. The chocolate cake and bear claws were the only hits unfortunately. Maybe I hit it on a bad week 😔

Best donuts in town. They are made fresh every single day. Never have had a bad tasting donut. Very fluffy and moist. I have family that come from over 1000 miles way to get the donuts first thing when the visit.

These donuts are ALWAYS fresh and delicious. They fill them as you order them, so you always get just what you want. I have NEVER been disappointed.
